The LoveLegacyDignity Social Enterprise equips you to have conversations with your families and significant others.

Who will decide for you when you no longer can? What conversations do you need to have had with your chosen health care proxy, your general practitioner and any other medical professionals involved in your health care? It is probable that the person who you choose to be your health care proxy will be different from your financial advisor and the person who holds your power of attorney to deal with material matters.

Love Legacy Dignity offers life-enhancing workshops, talks and customised programmes delivered either online or in a classroom setting. In addition, we have books, cards and documents that equip you to have conversations with family and significant others.
