WHY
We suffer when loved ones die –we suffer even more when certain conversations didn’t happen –let’s change that!
The workshop was very detailed. I appreciated and welcomed the guidance around the practical steps and documentation in the event of my death or that of any of my loved ones.
I always thought that having a will and being able to talk about dying and death was sufficient and that I had faced this taboo topic, goodness, was I wrong! LoveLegacyDignity opened my eyes, my thoughts and emotions and helped me explore aspects deeper as well as providing excellent practical guidance. Discussions were held in a safe relaxed space and I thoroughly enjoyed the course and found it extremely beneficial in my personal and professional capacity.
This is an insightful and empowering course which enhances our resolves to leave our best lives , and make things easy for our loved one. It is indeed about a purposeful life and finishing strong.
I enjoyed Helena’s pragmatic compassion and gentle humour. I can highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to live a meaningful, connected life.
In times like these, it’s worth stepping out to think about what’s important, about legacy, and about being prepared.
For many years I have said that dying and death is a journey we will all embark on and it’s the one we are least prepared for. The LoveLegacyDignity workshops have been a profound experience.
A valuable, empowering and encouraging experience.
I enjoyed the interaction with Helena, Mapi, and my co-participants. I believe I am now better informed about the importance of having matters in place and documented before I die. The sessions highlighted the importance of ‘leaving my affairs in order’ to spare my loved ones from bureaucratic red tape and provide them with a clear guideline regarding my last wishes.

Love Legacy Dignity a life-enhancing framework which engages with mortality.
Conversations and activities provoking discussions about how we live which intersect with questions about dying.
we are at peace with the state of our relationships, we look back and take stock of where we are and look forward to shape the next phase of our lives
that beyond the traditional matters of money and property, we’re leaving our affairs in order with no complex emotional or administrative detritus for loved ones to clear up behind us.
that we secure our own by being specific about our end-of-life and posthumous wishes. In doing so, we also secure the dignity of those we leave behind as we pre-empt conflict.

It is probable that the person who you choose to be your health care proxy will be different from your financial advisor and the person who holds your power of attorney to deal with material matters.
